About Raymond Toulany
“Ancora Imparo”

Ray Toulany |
My personal code for living life starts with a motto from Michelangelo
It means … I am always learning. What I have also learned is that the learning is great, but there comes a time when I need to get up and ‘do it’.
It is my privilege to go beyond ancora imparo with you. Thank you.
Many don’t have the intestinal fortitude they need to get what they want. This is not necessarily their fault. Many probably don’t have enough on the line, which is what it takes for some to realize that they need to get their rear in gear. For example, like when it comes to weightlifting, the person simply doesn’t know what hard work really is. Nothing broken. Understandable. Not because they’re lost or slothful, but because they’ve never seen a man or woman engaged in focused and intentional HARD WORK. This applies perfectly to any and all goals worth pursuing. And…the not knowing what’s missing undoes their success.
Some may be enlightened by their first full experience of real work, of what really dedicating your self to achieving a goal, many will be frightened. Raymond is one of those who was fully inspired by it. He saw this kind of dedication, this full on DEDICATED WORK in his immigrant father and mother and knows the value of it. |
Through observing successful people, and from direct experience with his family, Raymond has learned Dedicated work isn’t the same as Hard work, however, there may be times when it becomes difficult. These are times when you are not doing something right or ignoring the basics, and at times like this you need to be tough, dedicated, and willing to commit your self to hard work until you ride out the storm of ignorance. Rest assured that when you do it right and are in the right mental state it doesn’t feel “hard or difficult,” you simple “be” and just let it happen.
Raymond has learned to go beyond the famous Italian artists philosophy of “Ancaro Imparo” (I’m always learning) and believes in achieving goals quickly through application of useful knowledge. He also believes success is universal and that it leaves clues everywhere. He is committed to showing others the wisdom he has learned, and continues to learn, to help others to succeed, and be as big as they dare to be.
